For the past few years, I’ve been in and out of my Yoga practice habit.
I try to keep up with the odd challenge on Instagram, I’ve found lately that everything is crazy tight due to lack of practice and stretching after workouts
my latest challenges are focused around developing strength and flexibility
My current goal is to be able to press in some way into handstand (no kick up), within the next 6 months I don’t care if I can’t hold up for long or if it’s the messiest press ever but the press seems important. partly because all of the required strengths are the same will potentially reduce my random intense back pain and partly because it looks soooooo cool when you see someone press to handstand
This is my start point…. it’s not pretty but it is what it is
