it was one of those days yesterday, a PT session on Tuesday left me walking like a cowboy for the remainder of the week. Stairs are my enemy
Despite a newfound conviction to reduce my waistline (aka my pants are tight) I’ve been STARVING all week, a thermos full of oats with a banana in the morning lasted barely an hour before that empty stomach feel was back
a snack here a snack there followed by lunch and more snacks

I’m beginning to think its a mental thing, I’ve decided I need to do something about making my pants fit and so I crave more junk

it could also be going to the Gym more using more energy the natural reaction is to request more energy

Either way I really need to find a less junky long lasting way to kill the Hungry
