Well, I finally did it, built a full meal plan based on my roster

I tried to make it as simple and flexible as possible while still being capable of a set shopping list, though, knowing that tonight is tagged chicken and veg night and stopping to grab a jar of simmer sauce to change it up a bit isn’t out of the question

I’m also hoping that this will help with the old weight loss thing, coming into the colder months, thermos porridge will be back on the menu for my breakfast and keeping lunch to simple cold meat and tomato wrap and a piece of fruit or a 1/2 serve of dinner leftovers with mini protein bars to fill the gaps in between as required

we will do our first shop when we get back from holiday……… everything is happening when we get back from holiday
