10 Week challenge–week 10

So we are finally here, I have decided to continue with the trainer and the once a week training session from here on but

this weeks measurements,

My weight is in the 80s

I’ve lost a total of 10cm off my hips

I’ve gained 3 cm on my arms,

everything else has gone down, most of my clothing is fitting well again, my comfy work pants definitely require a belt

I am looking forward to getting back to the obstacle races in the next year or so
