10 week challenge–week 4

so, down in all areas except body fat% and well that isn’t such an issue as the machine does the measuring electronically and is not really that accurate,

training session for this week was ok, old injuries coming back to haunt me with the old tennis elbow finally forcing me to quit the rower with 1 minute hard rowing to go,it also saw me somewhat hung-over after the night after the last night shift drinks with the boy

next week I’m on holidays that will be a lot of a challenge to be motivated enough to do backyard exercises (yes there is a franchise of my gym nearby but it just miss and I on holiday with no childcare option for workout hour)
