Getting back to the Cave

well Warrior dash is less than 2weeks away my training has ramped up with September as its aim, by TOUGH MUDDER I will be Awesome, currently I can do 5 proper pushups, but no chinups that’s the next aim 2 chinups, I new program has just started mostly aimed at building upper body strength
but my Diet needs to follow, so a fresh start to the week/month with s hearty brunch, scotch fillet served with fried grape tomatoes, onion, mushroom spinach bacon, a bit of garlic a swish of Balsamic vinegar and some Avocado


I believe my eyes are bigger than my belly

I also got invited to be part of a team for the OXFAM trail walker, 100ks walking, overnight … I said yes … eeep
