Back to fitness…..and Loving it

a couple of weeks ago I joined a new Gym it opened last Saturday, I can go whenever I want and by the end of next month, wherever I want which I hope will prove to be very convenient

On Monday I started Couch to 5K on the treadmill, so far so good, I really don’t care if I end up only being able to run on a treadmill, because I struggle on the road but the movement in general is good

I’m not focusing on weight loss, at the moment, I figure, increasing my activity will eventually lead to it but I’ve decided it need not be my main priority, when I’m getting home from work at least once a week, sore from the amount of work we now do, with managers who have no concept of what we actually do pushing more and more, the ‘good ol days’ are far behind us now

I’ve also started working on the weight machines, I’m planning to take up the offer of a pt session for free the first one

so far so good
