Goals

I read a post on the NC board about september goals I put some ther but I thought I would also put them and a couple extra here

  1. Track food and count NC points
  2. Drink More water, lets start with 1 ltr very weak diet cordial a day
  3. do a small ammount of exercise each day
  4. reach at least 7kgs lost mark
  5. keep things tidy at home
