Any way, I got a bit sidetracked I often feel I have soo much to write yet by the time I actually get to sit at the keyboard its either all gone, no longer makes sense or there are another 3 things buzzing around that really don’t fit under the same title, and I couldn’t be bothered writing 3 different posts, though really I probably just should

the other thing, is Photos, its a pain getting them from my camera since I cant find my card reader and my camera takes a minni memory stick whic really doesn’t fit in the slots on the laptop, it’s too short, I’m always worried I’ll lose it in there

Thats still no excuse, I have an iPhone, I have the wordpress app, perhaps I need an iPad (sigh) so my eyes don’t get so tired of course, but I do have a netbook with a blogging pogram on it

Lets just go with I’m lazy and I lack motivation….meh

now Last week over at Fox in Flats ther was a hair dare, Andrea aims to have a Dare each week this year to help get Mummys and I guess anyone else out of their “uniform” For me since the boy cut my hair back to shoulder length with layers etc its been pig tail, so I can get a majoriy of the bit in and tied back  so here are this weeks hairstyles

this weeks dare is scarves, I don’t actually have any scarves so I’ll sit this one out I think

Now this Evil Lovley lady brought this pretty girl with her to quilt camp, I’d been lookin around admiring Blythe pictures for a while, occasionally considering buying one only to pull back at the price, but well seeing her in person, really helped my decision along…. I now own two

now before all of this it was christmas and miss’ 4th birsday (as she says it)

we had Number 4 cake cmp[lete with My little pony figurines

and of course she was spoilt with a “fairy horsey, a dora backpack and a new bike

and before that was newyears eve, Miss’ first experiance with Sparklers

my Brothers dog struggling to stay up

and of course Bubbly drinks in fancy plastic glasses

and before that was Christmas

…. with fun food and family

we found some interesting rocks

we followed a little trail of stacked stones

we wennnd up the ridge and down the hilland up the ridges

the princess was somewhat brave , though requested picking up at the worst times, we told her to be better than dora the explorer and not need a map

3 hrs later ….see that rock, we wanted to be on top of it

there wew some pretty views thou, we told the princess that this was where the Fairys lived

we eventually after 4hours of bush found the great north road

we live down there somewhere

our little walk was followed by ice cream at the kiosk across the ferryand a walk home which required me to take my boots off half way, as my toes were so sore, I think eventually I may lose my toenails

……. Anyway, never ever ever get a home lon with St George Bank they stuffed us around something huge, we came very close to not only losing the place we bought but also to losing the house that was ours all because of their system stuff ups, I don’t think I’ve ever been so stressed out in my life, the previous owner of our new place later told us hed recieved a letter through his solicitor from our bank, wanting to pull out because of the type of title being wrong….. we knew nothing of this and early next year will be considering our options on moving to other banks, even if we can only move our savings out to start with without paying huge fees (exit fees are banned now but we are on fixed intrest for a couple of years that may effect things)

anyway the night finally came, settlement went through at almost 5 pm after a huge bungle by the bank (we were supposed to have two loans side by side, they used the new one to pay out the old one and gave the excess to the seller)….. that was on the friday, we finished moving the bulk o our stuff at around 11pm, bet the neighbours loved us that night, since our driveway is so steep dad kept spinning his wheels on it

the first thing we set up was the TV with a DVD player and the lounge to keep a certain small somebody out of our hair, luckily the previous owner gave us a single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, perfect for the princess

The stove is aincent… the oven is in farenhiet but the kitchen is huge compared to what we had, my stick mixer and milkshake machine now live on the bench

Like my new Le Cruset?…. they are a little harder to cook with but well worth learning

now while I was away, from Sydney to Warwick, a 10 hour drive, I stopped over in Tamworth, the home of country music found myself a cabin in a van park for the night and settled in, The Boy rang me and said he had found a super ecconomical car in coffs harhour, which is on my way back(not really but sorta)….. so after a few hours and an hour driving in this

I settled myself in a nice little hotel room in coff harbour and waited for the morning to test drive the new car ……. it drove well enough and considering we had excess cash that we could either put on the new house or spend on a new much more ecconimical car….. the car won out, we traded the happy face buss in on a sleek new Green, “green” machine… a ford fiesta Econetic, its diesel costs about $45 to fill up and will do almost 800ks on that tank

Then the scotch came home, we won’t through the usual knowitall stuff, followed by the should have joined an outlaw club stuff, then the I’m the real Jeff stuff nice Jeff is just a show, then the accusations of cheating and my having been raped as a kid (no I haven’t ) and complaint about the lack of sex (seriously I’m supposed to find the constant woe is me routine sexy?) accusations I must be gay, not that theres anything wrong with that, then the tears about failing….. then the threats to go bash someone, this time including my family members, then the need for a trundle

I didn’t want to go, I’m generally not scared of him when he’s like this but what he might do to any random in the street who looks at him the wrong way………..

I begged him to stay, sit with me, talk to me

BIG MISTAKE apparently

he says you want equality, come on then kick me and I’ll kick you back (in the same area) and starts throwing random kicks around……… one hits me in the mouth

he grabs me, He so so sorry …….. but I shouldn’t have threatened him

I try to pull away, there’s blood on his shirt, just a little, there’s a drop on the floor I’m Bawling how could he …. and then make it my fault, Isn’t that what wife beaters do? make the wife believe she’s done wrong? is this for real

I pull away I’m hurt, I’m angry I don’t want to deal with this, I start the dishes again, to I’m sorrys combined with go on call the cops have me taken away. and then the cherry on top, you’ve been getting more and more confident lately, you’re being to cocky you shouldn’t do that,I’m going for a trundle

now he is asleep in our bed I climbed in, he woke and asked something, told him to go back to sleep, nigh nighs he says and starts snoring then sounding scarily like he might vomit

I’m sleeping tonight in the princesses bed, I guess we’ll see what the morning will bring, more than likley he won’t remember a thing

oh and the blood,it came from my gum though my top lip still hurts

first I rowed, it’s a good warmup for everything 850m worth

next pull ups on that wonderful invention the assisted chin/dip, to he through 5reps I needed a counter weight of 60kg …. hmm Last time I weighed myself I was 85kg, to do one and one alone I need a counter weight of 30kg

then Bench press….. what can I say, I can benc the bar Woo hoo, My darling little brother says that is a great start, I guess it’s better than not being able to, anyway I need to work on my form there

next Squats I did 2 sets with just the bar to get the feel for it followed by 1 with 10 kg and one with 14.5kg, yess I know I was doing them right now

lastly dead lifts I’m not real sure on these I used to do stiff legged ones lots but never did traditional I picked up the 10kg preset bar but found it too light eventually I found the 25kg to be quite nice for requiring effort, I hope my dear little brother will make a nice little trip with me and tell me if I’m doing it right

‘you shouldn’t lift heavy you won’t lose weight or size you just turn fat to muscle, you just want to tone do light weight with lots of reps’…

and everything else says otherwise , I aproached my dear little brother who is currently very into crossfit and sees lots of girls who lift very heavy and tells me bodyweight isn’t heavy

now my main aim is to be able to lift my body weight as suggested in this post, obviously the boy is not going to be helpfull in this so I’m left relying on my brother who now lives 3 hours away and the internet, number one thing I need to do is find where i’m at I need a bench mark, just like starting C25k where running for 90 seconds just about trashed me and I barely reached 3k, and I now run 4.2k  and 28minutes straight

brother said I’ll be fine I just need to set clear goals for myself….. now weight and size loss are not actually any of my goals, I started running purely because, huffing and puffing up stairs was not good and I wanted to be fitter, I have lost 0kgs since I started running it doesn’t bother me, I haven’t gained anything either

out of weight training I purely want strength, I want to do some more mud runs and obsticle courses, I can’t lift my own weight how can i expect to cross a monkey bars obsticle or anything else that requires vaulting and climbing, never mind the usefulness at work of just being stronger

so with the fridge which is way too cold loaded up with veggies I begin, breakfast is an omelette with mushrooms and avocado, would have put tomato in too if I remembered it was there…… lunch, Salad lots of veggies with two boiled eggs which could have been boiled a little longer
an then we come to dinner
I’m not sure I’m hungry for dinner but I’m cooking anyway so I have something easy for breakfast/ lunch tomorrow

dinner is one of my favourites, Thai yellow curry, I was rather pleased when I read the jar of Thai yellow curry paste and found it only contains spices, perfect, coupled with a tin of 100% coconut cream also perfect, now sitting on my stove bubbling away filled with colourful veggies and chicken …… mmmmm
